We offer 1:1 companionship and companion care. We find that by the time we get settled into a visit and getting into an activity we need at least 2 hours to not feel rushed. If travel is involved we ask this be planned in advance.
The frequency of visits will depend on your individual needs and the care plan developed by you and our team. We offer flexible scheduling options to ensure that you receive the care you need, when you need it. We see some clients 7 days each week, whereas others will benefit from temporary services while family is away or appointments need to be attended.
We charge a regular hourly rate of $35 per hour. Stat pay is time and a half.
A minimum of 2 consecutive hours per visit.
For regular clients, an invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of each month. This invoice will reflect the previous month, highlighting the dates and times of each visit.
For temporary clients, Tressa would be happy to discuss what payment will look like depending on the length on time.
Tax-claimable invoices should be kept and stored somewhere safe.
Payments can be made through the invoice prompting for payment with any major credit card.

Cash/Debit payments can be made in person upon request and by appointment.
